As a rule of thumb, compliment slips are 1/3 rd A4 in size and are again, printed and supplied onto the same material as your letterheads. It’s a perfect little tool to have as part of your arsenal, when a letterhead isn’t required, but a short, sharp message is. Maybe to accompany a document, or a product your distributing. Keep it simple with your logo and address/contact details.
